Could fractional marketing leadership be the right option?

I’m excited to share that last weekend my husband and business partner in 40 Acres Investments closed on another investment property – a lake home we will utilize as a part-time Air B&B-style property. 

Tim Williams and I have committed to growing and passing wealth down to our children and their children’s children. We are committed to impacting our black family’s and our community’s financial trajectory and are actively working towards creating generational wealth, one strategic investment at a time.

The origin of the name “40 Acres” comes from the 1865 field order, which was enacted to redistribute roughly 400,000 acres of land to newly freed black families in forty-acre segments.

The order’s immediate effect provided for the settlement of roughly 40,000 freed people, but the order was short-lived and overturned when the civil war ended. Most of the designated land was returned to the original owners, leaving newly freed people without the promised land or even a home.
