After two decades working at the intersection of brand, strategy, and leadership, most recently as CEO of The BrandLab, I’ve come to understand something deeply:

That belief is what led me to launch Legacy Rising, a social enterprise built to empower women and workplaces through coaching, consulting, strategy, and heart. Whether I’m walking alongside a CMO as their behind-the-scenes partner or guiding a woman leader through a season of growth, my goal is the same: to expand capacity, deepen impact, and help people lead in a way that feels both powerful and whole.

Leadership can be lonely. And for women, especially those navigating identity shifts, career transitions, or pressure to do it all, it can be even harder to lead with clarity and confidence.
That’s where my 1:1 executive coaching comes in.
At Legacy Rising, I offer coaching rooted in healing-centered practices, strategic clarity, and embodied presence. I support women in realigning with their values, gaining confidence in their voice, and stepping more fully into their power without burning out or shrinking themselves to fit someone else’s mold.
